• If you book a consultation or support service, you may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable but you may reschedule once without additional charge.
• Services already delivered are non-refundable, as the benefit is considered consumed.

9.2 Digital products

• Downloads (e.g., guides, checklists, digital training) are non-refundable once delivered due to their intangible nature.
• If the file is defective or inaccessible, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

9.3 Physical goods

• If we offer physical materials (e.g., printed guides), you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are unused and in original condition.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
